This winter put a big strain on older boilers and furnaces, many of which broke down or simply could not keep homes warm enough. Don’t go through next winter worrying about staying warm in your home!
A new high-efficiency heating system will keep you warm—even when temperatures drop below zero! And because a new boiler or furnace uses a lot less fuel than older models, you can reduce your annual heating costs by 30% or more.
Here’s a bonus. You may qualify for the Mass Save rebate program, which offers big rebates on new equipment. Mass Save also provides energy-efficiency financing initiatives through its HEAT Loan program.
Loans of up to $25,000 and 0% financing for loan terms up to seven years are available for a variety of home improvement projects—including the replacement of heating equipment and cooling equipment.
We’ve also partnered with Payzer. This all-in-one financial tool features a mobile app and online payment application to take payments in the field and enable credit for our customers with instant on the spot approvals.

All of us are relieved that we can finally see some light ahead, even though much remains uncertain. Like many of you, we’ve struggled to do our jobs with the constant threat of COVID-19 hovering over our heads.
Snowstorms and 10-degree temperatures are unforgiving adversaries. With the uncertainty, periodic quarantines and sickness of staff, the past year has been a true test of our fortitude.
Perhaps, because of that reason, I’ve never been prouder of our team. They have managed to keep people warm despite dealing with many personal challenges themselves. We’ve always had a pitch in, do whatever it takes culture here. And it has served us well through the pandemic.
We know these are still tough times, with a lot to worry about it. As we move on into Spring, please know that we are here for you. If you have a heating problem– or an air conditioning issue later on—we’re ready to help.
Stay well.
If you are pleased with our services, we would truly appreciate it if you would take a few moments to post a review online.
As a thank you, we’ll enter you into a drawing to win $750. The drawing will be held on March 31, 2021.
Just email us here to let us know where your review was posted. (You can post your review on Google, our Facebook page or on BBB.

Your feedback means the world to us, just as this recent customer review does:
“I cannot say enough good things about Tom and his crew. I needed an emergency furnace replacement and Tom took his own time to explain what I needed and didn’t need. He explained warranty and payment options too. His crew showed up on time and left the area clean. Everyone willingly answered all my many questions throughout the whole process. I am so pleased with the outcome and will recommend them to anyone who asks!”

Q: When are ductless AC systems a good idea?
A: Ductless systems are perfect solutions for people who want to bring air conditioning or supplemental heating to individual rooms, or an entire house that has no existing ductwork. Plus there are great rebates available through Mass Save. Ductless systems give you the flexibility to enjoy a specific temperature in a room or multiple rooms. These units are quiet and energy efficient and feature wireless remote controls.
Q: How does a ductless system work?
A: For each room where you tell us you want more cooling or heating, we will install a compact wall unit. We can mount multiple indoor units, which all connect via flexible tubing to one outdoor compressor. Only minimum drilling is necessary to complete the installation of your ductless system. Our team can take you through all your options to determine which makes the most sense for your needs and your budget.
This is a great time to start thinking about staying cool because we can get you what you need at terrific pre-summer prices! Contact us today to request a free estimate.
Did you know that all equipment manufacturers require regular maintenance to keep warranties valid? Maintenance keeps your cooling system operating at peak efficiency, which helps you save on electric costs.
To ensure that your maintenance doesn’t fall through the cracks, enroll in our Complete Cooling Plan, which includes maintenance, plus fast emergency service and discounts on parts and repairs.

Q: I need to upgrade my heating system but it’s a big expense. Are there rebates or financing available?
A: Yes. A lot of the new equipment we install is subsidized by the Mass Save program. You may qualify for thousands of dollars in rebates, loans to cover replacements, and 0% financing for 7 years.
Q: Will these subsidies always be available?
A: They have to be reauthorized every year, and they are not guaranteed to continue at this rate, especially given the current economic situation. So if you are thinking about replacing your system, now may be the best time to do that.
Q: What kind of rebates are people applying for?
A: They apply in different rebate amounts for oil and gas boilers, gas furnaces, gas and oil indirect-fired water heaters, central air conditioning systems and ductless mini-split heat pump systems. We install all this equipment and we can help you choose the best options. Read about your financing opportunities and then call us or reach out through our website.
No one knows what this fall will bring us, but it is possible we will face a resurgence of COVID-19 in our area, with all its attendant challenges.
We are working hard to anticipate and prepare for potential disruptions. We have an unbelievable team here, who make me proud every day with their willingness to take care of our customers when it matters most. They have been extraordinarily flexible and committed, and I could go on for hours with stories of how they put the needs of our customers first.
We are taking many steps to minimize the risks to them and to you. We ask that you look at the next article about our protocols, so you can see how you can help them work safely in your home.
We will all need to be flexible and patient with each other as we adapt to the new challenges we face. I appreciate the trust you’ve placed in our family to keep you warm, more than words can convey.
Be well.
Warmly,
Erinn Woodcock, President
