We never want our customers to be surprised by a repair bill. That’s why we use a system called flat-rate pricing. The prices we quote are from an industry-approved book that lists competitive prices for every possible repair.
For a nominal diagnostic charge, our technician will figure out what the problem is and the best way to fix it. This fee won’t change, no matter how long it takes to complete the diagnosis. We’ll then quote you exactly how much the repair will cost, including all parts and labor. If you choose not to go ahead with the repair, you pay only the diagnostic fee.
If you have a service plan, you’ll get an automatic 15% discount on all covered repairs, as well as the diagnostic fee.
